Needed a clothe line in my room to hang my delicates. I placed it under my ceiling fan to help the clothe dry faster. So glad I made the purchase, makes my life a little easier and I can retract the line when I’m done and everything is out of my way.

I actually bought this to put on my deck so that I could hang a tarp to prevent the snow from blowing in on the deck and it works great. It even got windy but it stayed put.

Easy to install, I use this to dry my delicates above the washer and dryer. Exactly what I needed for the space.
I bought the first one and installed it to see how good it is and how well it holds up. Happy to say, after almost a year I’m pleased enough to buy another for our second house that’s been installed and used for more than six months now. Installation is relatively easy but it would go better if you had a helper to lock the line at the very last step when you’re stretching the line at full tension to hook on to the opposite end. The color of the gold is more of a champagne bronze, rather than a true gold. It was exactly the color I was going for. I worried a little about the outer casing being made of plastic, but it seems well made. The small knob below the line works to lock the line in place when extended. Overall, great quality and very pretty. I love that there are two hanging lines on one gadget.
